From CBS News.

President Biden answered questions from reporters on a range of issues, from the war in Ukraine to the Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade, at a news conference following the NATO summit in Madrid on Thursday. "At this summit, we rallied our alliances to meet both the direct threats that Russia poses to Europe and the systemic challenges that China poses to a rules-based world order," Biden said. The president also said he will be meeting with a group of governors when he returns to the U.S. to talk about the next steps following the Supreme Court’s ruling on overturning Roe v. Wade. Biden added he would support changing the Senate filibuster rules to protect abortion rights.
