From Global News.
Quebec Premier François Legault is defending Bill 96 again, saying critics of the legislation have it wrong and insisting that access to health care for anglophones and immigrants will remain the same once the bill is passed.

Elizabeth Zogalis explains more on what the premier has to say and why his defence of the bill is not wavering.
