Clifford Crooks, the executive chef of BLT Prime and culinary director of ESquared Hospitality, stopped by the MUNCHIES Test Kitchen to show us how to cook the perfect steak.
Along with talking about the difference between dry-aged and wet-aged meat and demonstrating other cuts like deckle and spinalis, he shows us how to get a perfectly-cooked rib-eye steak every time (hint: it includes butter).
