PCB DUST-OFF Ryobi mini compressor vs Compu-Cleaner Xpert

From Techmoan.

I was recommended two devices to try for blowing dust out of components. A compressor and a computer cleaner. Let’s find out which one is most suitable for my requirements.

1) Apparently blowing compressed air on skin can be dangerous.
2) Compressors can expel water along with the air – so may be unsuitable for blowing on electronics without the appropriate moisture capturing system.
These are just things I’ve been told – I have no real experience or knowledge regarding compressors.

This video was made before the Technics SV-P100 video but realised after due to hitting the million subscriber landmark.

I came to inflate my tyres today and found the battery on the Ryobi was flat. It seems that the compressor must slowly drain the battery even when it’s not in use. So that’s another negative as far as I’m concerned. In future I’ll be leaving the battery unattached until it is needed.
