Eighteen per cent of voters in the 2016 U.S. presidential election had an unfavourable view of both candidates, according to polls. So what about now?

Both candidates have tailored their campaigning in recent days to motivate voters who could cast potentially decisive ballots.

Global News’ Mike Armstrong visited the swing state of Pennsylvania and found many voters who are still undecided with less than three weeks left until Americans head to the polls. He explains how winning over the "haters" could lead to victory.
