Understanding brain signals through music made from neurons

Have you ever listened to a neuron? Neuroscientists can learn about the brain by recording synaptic activity from brain cells under a microscope. One scientist is turning data from those experiments into music. The Verge Science team joined Simón(e) Sun in the lab — and the recording studio — to create a song out of a brain cell.
